Back in 2012, I dove headfirst into the world of helping kids and families with their nutrition. And let me tell you, it’s been quite the journey! From day one, I noticed something: mealtimes weren’t just about food. They were often tangled up with frustration, anxiety, and stress. I knew there had to be a better way.
So, I made it my mission to turn mealtimes into something everyone actually looks forward to. I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. As a late diagnosed ADHDer and busy mum of three who have sensory processing differences, my experience extends beyond my work place. Life is busy, and getting everyone to agree on what’s for dinner can feel like a Herculean task. That’s why I’m all about practical, realistic recommendations that actually work.
