Back in 2012, I dove headfirst into the world of helping kids and families with their nutrition. And let me tell you, it’s been quite the journey! From day one, I noticed something: mealtimes weren’t just about food. They were often tangled up with frustration, anxiety, and stress. I knew there had to be a better way.

So, I made it my mission to turn mealtimes into something everyone actually looks forward to. I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. As a late diagnosed ADHDer and busy mum of four in a neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ family, my experience extends beyond my work place. Life is busy, and getting everyone to agree on what’s for dinner can feel like a Herculean task. That’s why I’m all about practical, realistic recommendations that actually work.
